Selection of Apparel Type

To choose between women's, men's and children's apparel click the "Select a different shirt style" link. Click the Men, Women, Kid, Baby tabs to select apparel type. Clicking on the apparel style will let you select color and then size. See video.

Move or copy the image from the front to the back

1. To move or copy an image from front to back select Customize it
2. At the upper right corner of the panel click "Edit"
3. Click "Select All" then "Copy".
4. On the left under the where the shirt shows there are thumbnails for the front and back. Click the back image.
5. Go back to "Edit" and select "Paste"

What's this? Templates

Zazzle® offers customers multiple ways of customizing a purchase. Some, such as the selection of apparel type, are fairly obvious. Some are not so obvious. For example, with many of my Zazzle designs the viewer will be presented with a panel that looks something like this:

This does not mean that you must change the image. It is just way of permitting you to change the image. If you do not want to change the image just ignore the choices. Click on the "change" link to get a prompt to upload your own image. Click the "clear" link to remove the image. If you like it the way it is, do nothing. Your image needs to be on your computer and it needs to be really big - at least as big as your computer screen. These guidelines I send to people who are ordering custom products might be useful.

Use your own image or text

With some products you may get a prompt to change the text or image. The prompt is intended to make it more obvious that you can change those things, and to make it possible to create products from other websites (see, for example my custom product site) However, in most cases you can customize the product even without that prompt. Have your image ready. These guidelines I send to people who are ordering custom products might be useful.

Now

1. Click on the product that you want to modify.
2. Click the customize button.
3. There are two kinds of objects: images and text
4. Each image and each text area will have its own panel. See an example.
5. Add new text or add a new image by clicking the appropriate button.
6. If you want to replace existing text, Click on "Change text" for the text you want to change.
7. If you want to replace an existing image, click on "Change image"
8. If you want to just move, resize or choose different colors you will see those options in the panel
